“A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body”… Sports is an integral part of education and thus, this is the philosophy that underlines the academic and co-curricular plan for the year.

Each and every Grade is allotted at least one Games period and one Physical Training period in a week.

Every student is encouraged to take up at least one sport during the course of the year.

Special coaching for Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Handball and Softball takes place every morning for those interested in participating.

The annual schedule of physical training culminates in an Annual Sports Week for intra-School Competitions and in a PT Display where physical skills, training and prowess is demonstrated to the public.
